Welcome to the IUMI 2021 Seoul Online Conference – Registration is now open!
Registration to the IUMI 2021 conference is open to all interested maritime professionals. There are two registration categories in place: One for members of IUMI (this includes employees from IUMI member associations and their insurance company members as well as IUMI Professional Partners and IUMI Affiliates). All other persons (including insurance brokers) are requested to select the “Non-IUMI-Member” registration category. In case of doubt, please contact your national (marine) insurance association or the IUMI Seoul secretariat.
Online registration closes on August 20 (Fri), 2021. All registration deadlines are based on Korean Standard Time.
As an IUMI member, you can enjoy benefits at reduced registration fees. Please check the IUMI member status with member associations in your country.
It gives access to all workshops, virtual exhibitions and networking opportunities during the IUMI 2021 Seoul Online Conference.

Congress registration fees are quoted in KRW (Korean Won).
Visa, Master, JCB and AMEX credit cards are accepted. All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the participants.
Please note that we are collaborating with PAYGATE, the registration system supplier. Thus you will find 'paygate.net' on the receipt of your registration payment.
The invoice for the bank transfer will be issued by e-mail.
If you need the original invoice, please contact the secretariat (email@example.com).
All inbound and outbound bank charges for remittance should be borne by the remitter and cannot be deducted from the fee. Please ensure that instructions are given to your bank to this effect. If charges are deducted and the payment received by the IUMI 2021 secretariat does not cover the total registration fees, the difference will have to be settled before the conference starts.
Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Refund will be made to your original method of payment after the conference.
All bank service charges and administration fees (e.g. credit card cancellation fees) will be deducted from the refund amount.
As the secretariat confirms your registration application and full payment, you will receive a confirmation letter with all registration details and payment status to your registered email within a week. Please check the confirmation letter in your mail box or ‘My page’ of the website for your final registration.
